Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@safriclothing.com. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has started.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address. Safri Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Can I exchange an item?
If you need a different size, please contact us. Exchanges depend on availability.

Are sale items refundable?
Sale items may be final sale unless stated otherwise.

How do your items fit?
Our pieces are designed with a modern streetwear silhouette. For detailed measurements, please refer to our size guide.

How should I care for my garment?
We recommend handwash inside out at 40°C and hang to dry to preserve not only the fabric, but also the print.

Will sold-out items restock?
Some pieces may return, others may not. We recommend staying connected to be informed about future releases.
