Shipping

We want your order to reach you quickly and smoothly. Below you’ll find all relevant information about our shipping times, costs, and international delivery policies. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as holidays or promotional sales.

Domestic Shipping

Within the Netherlands
– Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Free retour shipping on all orders.
– We deliver directly to your preferred address.

International Shipping

Europe
– Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
– Shipping cost: €5 (Free on orders over €90)
– Includes most European countries.

United States & Canada
– Estimated delivery: 9–12 business days
– Shipping cost: $25 (Free on orders over $500)
– Shipments are sent via standard courier services.

Important Shipping Information

Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other government-imposed fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Delivery Address Limitations
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Holiday & Sale Periods
Please be aware that during sale and holiday periods, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes. You will receive a tracking update once your order has been dispatched.

Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and items are in stock. After your order is shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active with the courier.

Unsuccessful Delivery & Returns

In the event that delivery is refused or considered undeliverable due to an invalid address, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our customer support with photos and order information so we can assist you.
